Available from £5,995, Valespeed '28 made its first public appearance last year at Custom Bike, Germany's biggest Motorcycle Show.
Taking many styling cues from a previously, well received prototype, Valespeed '28 offers the individuality of owning a one-off machine but, with the development and economy enjoyed by a production motorcycle.
Up front, its twin-leading brake and fully adjustable girder fork ensures all wheels are in contact with the road. The oversize drum (featured at the rear), adds to the retro look as well as enhancing its already superb performance.
Power is delivered by a silky-smooth air cooled single cylinder motor which has proven to be supremely reliable and easy to work on; a screw and lock nut valve adjustment and Mikuni carburetor means that all maintenance tasks are within the scope of the owner or, if needed, a local motorcycle dealer.
Inspired by the board-track racers of the 1920's, Valespeed '28 has been injected with a modern twist resulting in a style all of its own. Featuring an under-slung fuel tank and dramatically curved top tubes all held together by a strong but, lightweight twin-backbone frame Valespeed '28 delivers a rewarding experience to the most spirited of pilots.
